There are two known reasons for this error: The first is that you have cookies disabled. To enable cookies follow the written instruction below.

If that doesn't fix the problem then you may have third party software running on you computer Like a firewall or a piece of ad-ware which is causing the problem. To fix this, disable all programs one at a time trying to log in each time in between, this will tell you which program is causing the problem.

How to Enable Cookies.
