I love HOP! I would love it if in the Priority Call Back and Extended Call Back if once you called the contact if it would rotate to the bottom of the list! :) Thank! Jennifer

Our new HOP system is so cool and I love the flexibility that it offers. I was wondering if in the calendar section if in the recurrence area if you could add in yearly. I like to keep track of my customer’s date of enrollment anniversary and their birthdays. This will help me send yearly account information and celebrate their birthday...brining more of a personal touch :) Thanks

Again, thanks for all the updates and additions. I have an unusual search request. Sometimes i like to search by the "origin".... could that be a option?
Thanks!
