September 4th, 2008 Hello valued Platinum Synergy Group clients, We will be finalizing the expansion into our new U.S. based Server Cluster next week on Wednesday, September 10th at 3am EST. The final expansion phase is estimated to take approximately four hours. During this time, you may experience slow access speed of your members area or website. You may also encounter access errors while viewing your website. These access delays and errors will be temporary, and we will try to conclude the expansion as soon as possible. August 27th, 2008  Hello valued Platinum Synergy Group clients, After a successful test phase this morning, August 27th, we are ready to move forward with the expansion of our servers into a U.S. based cluster. Our original date for the expansion was to be tomorrow, August 28th at 3am. We have decided to post pone this expansion to next week, after the Labor Day weekend. We will be sending out an email with the exact date and time of the expansion early next week.

 August 25th, 2008 Hello valued Platinum Synergy Group clients, we will be performing two separate maintenance periods on Wednesday (August 27) and Thursday (August 28).On Wednesday August 27th you may notice a slower connection speed to your back office, Response Magic, Administration Area and Home Office Pro from 7am to 8am EST. We will be performing our largest scheduled update on Thursday August 28th at 3am EST to our current servers as we expand into our new U.S. based server cluster.  This update will be performed in the early morning hours when website traffic is minimal to reduce the effect this may have on our corporate clients and customers. This update is expected to take approximately 5 hours.  During this time, you may experience delayed or slowed access to your websites, members area and Response Magic. There will also be periods when you may be unable to connect to your website.  We will work hard to keep the interruptions minimal and complete the update in the quickest time possible.Always moving forward,The Platinum Synergy Group
