You asked to be able to sort your contacts on the call screen.. You got it!
You can now choose between sorting by our advanced smart sorting option.
How Smart Sort Option Works:
This one of a kind smart sort technology factors the current time of day, your timezone, your contacts timezones, the time your contact said they would like a call, the acceptable time to call contacts, and the date that you last called your contacts to determine the most efficient order to call your contacts. The order is based on who has been waiting the longest for a call.
Prospects are also shown in different colors to display how appropriate the time is to call them.
Green: Prospect Requested to be called at this time!
Yellow: Prospect is within and acceptable 9 to 9 calling time.
Blue: The System cannot determine the prospects timezone
Red: The Prospect is not within an acceptable time to call
or you can use the way you were used to in home office pro 1 and order by date aquired.
How Date Aquired Option Works:
This sort is ordered from most recent contact to oldest contact.
Prospects are also shown in different colors to display how appropriate the time is to call them.
Green: Prospect Requested to be called at this time!
Yellow: Prospect is within and acceptable 9 to 9 calling time.
Blue: The System cannot determine the prospects timezone
Red: The Prospect is not within an acceptable time to call
sorting by date aquired will also give you the ability to use Next / Prev buttons to scroll though your contacts.
