This morning we completed two phases of hardware upgrades to our new U.S. based expanded server cluster.  The hardware upgrade went smoothly and without effecting our websites, members areas and other services.  The new hardware installed is in addition to existing hardware and will quicken the rate at which you can connect, refresh and retrieve information in your members area.

During the past few weeks, we have been making it our priority to address any issues experienced in the members area.  One of our key goals was to provide a seamless and smooth environment from which you can do your business and manage your contacts.  With the additional hardware in place you should notice a marked improvement in the time it takes to search for contacts, take action with those contacts and move on to the next contact.  The average increase in performance is from a 2.3 second wait to a 0.4 second wait.  We will continue to strive for improvements to meet and exceed your expectations of the Home Office Pro system.

Home Office Pro is now offering dynamic business card creation through the Print Center.  If you are a team founder, we can add your team’s logo and card templates to the Print Center.  When your members register to use the service, they select their Team and have the logo and card templates you have created available for them to use.

Platinum Synergy Group is growing again!  As Home Office Pro gains more users and we add new and exciting features, our top priority remains to provide the best reliability, fast connection speeds and top of the line security to our customers.  In order to keep our goal of providing the best quality service as we expand, we will be adding a new United States based server cluster to our system.

This will open a larger fiber connection pipe to our United States and Global customers, adding faster connection speeds, limited maintenance interruptions, and monitored server security.

As we move toward this goal, we will need to perform scheduled maintenance periods on our existing server cluster.  These maintenance periods will be announced 24 hours prior via email to our team founders and corporate clients.  The majority of these periods will last 15 to 30 minutes, be carried out in the early morning and will result in only delayed connection or slower browsing speed in your back office.

We will be giving more updates as we get closer to our expansion.
