It makes my job easier in staying in touch with my contact. One question, when I set a web cast presentation, I do not seem to get the Web cast presentation list that is happening throughout the day, as I see it in the training portion of Home Office Pro?.........Other than than I beleive it is the best contact program I have ever seen. Some times I can use my head set and sometimes my monitor speakers I guess. At any rate I think Skype needs to continue to work on it.
