			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2><strong>The much anticipated Mass update feature is here!</strong></h2>
<p>Users can now select multiple contacts on your contacts lists and click the mass update button at the bottom of the screen to process multiple contacts at once. This was one of our most requested features and voted #1 and is now live. This feature allows you to process more than one prospect at a time for those instances you don&#8217;t have your smart phone or tablet and have to use good old paper to keep track of what happened on your calls. This feature allows you to update all your contacts all at once so you can move on to enjoying your day.</p>
<h2>See Appointments you have with a contact on the insight tab</h2>
<p>in the popup if you have an upcoming appointment with a prospect it will now be displayed on the insight tab with the rest of their information which allows them at a quick glance to see what they have scheduled for this prospect</p>
<h2>You can now set appointment times when processing not connected outcomes</h2>
<p>when selecting not connected the calendar wasn&#8217;t available as a default for outcomes but we have now changed this so that it can be part of the mind map and give people more flexibility on how they process their prospects and outcomes</p>
<h2>You can now process the contacts in custom response magic lists</h2>
<p>Currently if someone moves a prospect to a custom list in Response Magic it returns a valid but annoying error that it can&#8217;t fetch outcomes. We&#8217;ve added a change that will display outcomes even if this occurs so it will be a nicer fall back as opposed to the error message they receive now</p>
