Enhance your Marketing with Footprint Analytics and Ad Tracker

Home Office Pro has two new advanced marketing features that will help you to track your prospect’s activities and monitor your marketing efforts.

Keep track of your prospects’ activities on your website with Footprints!

Home Office Pro’s Footprint Analytics feature will show you what your prospects are viewing on your website and how long they viewed each page.  It will even show you what they viewed on your website before they became a lead in your members area.  As your prospect continues to view features, videos and pages on your team website, their footprint information will be automatically updated.  This will allow you to see if your prospects are following through with your invitation to view special prospecting areas of the website, such as a promotional video or guest area.

Create multiple marketing campaigns and track each campaign’s success!

With the Ad Tracker, you can create multiple marketing links for your website to use in your various marketing campaigns.  You can even point your marketing links to different pages of your website, such as a Welcome Page, About Me page or Contact Me page if they are part of your replicating website system.  This will allow you to see which of your pages are the most effective at grabbing a prospect’s attention and driving them to fill out your capture form!

The Ad Tracker  also allows you to do Split Testing campaigns!

Split Testing will point one promo-code marketing link at multiple pages on your website.  Each time a prospect hits the link, they will be shown one of the Split Test pages you have selected. Once you find the most effective page for your marketing campaign, you can remove the split tests and focus your marketing efforts.

You can immediately see the results with the built in hit tracker!

For each marketing link, it will let you know how many hits you received and how many of those hits filled out your capture form to become leads in your back office.  For each Split Testing campaign, you can view a total number of hits and leads, and you can also break down the statistics per page that you split tested.  This will show you which of your pages is the most effective.

New Active Site Roll Up Feature Will Help Your Team Retain Active Members and Keep Leads from Falling Through the Cracks!

Hello!

The Platinum Synergy Group is proud to announce the release of a new feature that will help organizations to grow and prosper while trimming off those accounts no longer used.  Previously, when someone leaves the business or decides to no longer use their account, the site remains active and could still capture prospects.  These prospects would sometimes, unfortunately, fall through the cracks because the member was no longer active.  The Platinum Synergy Group is now adding a system to all Home Office Pro systems that will keep prospects from being lost due to inactivity!

Now, when a member does not log into their account for 60 days, their team website will automatically become inactive.  We will send them notification 10 days and 1 day before this happens.  To keep their account active, or to reactivate an account that has been deactivated, all they need to do is log in to their Members area.

When a prospect visits a website address that links to an inactive member’s website, they will not see an inactive site message!  They will instead be Rolled Up to the next active member in the up line!  If you would prefer, we can also set it so that all inactive sites Roll Up to the Admin account.  Here is a quick scenario explaining how the new system works.

Melissa enrolls me, and I enroll Sammy onto the team.  Sammy is active for a time, but then becomes inactive.  All the leads that visit Sammy’s website after he becomes inactive are then Rolled Up to my website instead and I capture the prospects to my website.  I then become inactive for some reason.  A prospect visits Sammy’s site through an old marketing ad.  That prospect doesn’t go to Sammy or Me because we are both inactive.  That prospect goes to Melissa because she is our direct up line and she is still active.

The deactivation of inactive websites will occur automatically and will be handled by us.  You can, if you would like, contact us to change the time period it takes for a site to be marked as inactive.  By default, it will be 60 days.

The Roll Up module is available to be installed to your team’s Home Office Pro system, free of charge.  Please contact us if you would like us to install it for you!

Speed Dial Your Way to Success! New Speed Dial Prospecting System Launched!

Home Office Pro is the most effective prospecting tool available. The outcome selection, built in follow up emails, autoresponders and automatic history tracking make it the most time effective way to do business.

Now, Home Office Pro is even faster with the new Speed Dial prospecting tool!

With this new system, we have taken two full clicks out of the call process by automating the follow up email and letting you set the default actions. You will be able to set just how fast you dial for dollars, and you can customize the follow up process to suite your follow up and dialing needs.  The Speed Dial feature will also automatically move on to the next contact in your list, saving you time and increasing your ability to call rapidly.

Now You Can Change History! Previous Contact Notes are Now Editable!

Hello!

As you work with contacts in Home Office Pro, you have the ability to take notes on the contact which is then stored as a History on the Contact Details Sheet.  Before, those notes were permanent and could not be edited.  Now you can back track and edit any notes you have made on the contact.  This will help to minimize the number of notes you have to keep as you can now edit an existing note to make a correction.
