Hello Home Office Pro Customers!
We are happy to announce the addition of a great new feature to your Members Area. Now you will be able to save an email signature and use it in all of the instant follow up emails that are sent using Home Office pro. Also available for you to insert into the top of your instant follow up emails will be a team provided banner (where available).
…
To create a signature for your instant follow up emails, go to Configuration and then Email Signatures on the left hand navigation. At the top of this page you will be able to choose if you would like to use the signature and/or the team provided banner image in your emails. Below this will be the section to create your signature. If your team has more than one domain name they use, you will be able to make a separate signature for each domain.
…
…

The signature uses a special variable ~~personalimage~~. If you choose to include this in your signature, the image you uploaded under Configuration–>Edit My Website will be displayed, if this option is available to your team.
Other variables you may be used to, such as ~~ownersname~~ and ~~ownersemail~~ will not work in the signature. You will need to type out your information.
Personalized signatures with your picture and even a special quote can make all the difference in getting an interested prospect to take action.
If you are a team founder and would like to learn how you can have this feature added to your team, please click here.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and that you see as much amazing potential for 2008 as I do. I know it can be hard to get back into the swing of things after taking some time away from your business. It is important, however, that you get back in the game as soon as possible to make the most successful use of the time given to you in the new year.
I would like to start 2008 by highlighting 3 important things you should consider when using Home Office Pro. Make these part of your New Years resolution and strive to exceed your goals this year!
- Make an effort to log into Home Office Pro and check on your New Prospects, To-Do List, Calendar and Messenger every single day! By making it a habit to log into Home Office Pro, you will have all of the tools and features you need right at your finger tips. Logging into Home Office Pro on a regular basis will keep you on-top of your schedule and keep you informed on what is happening with your team. It will also inform you of any New Prospects you have received in case the notification email did not get to you promptly due to a delay with your email provider. If you find you are still unfamiliar with the features of Home Office Pro, check out the great FAQ, Users Guide and the other informative posts in this blog.
- Make Effective use of Broadcast Emails and Link Tracking! Log into your Response Magic / autoresponder account and send a Broadcast to your New Prospects List and/or Members list welcoming them into the new year. (Click here for help with Response Magic). Response Magic is an autoresponder service that comes with your Home Office Pro upgraded members area. With the power of Response Magic’s built in Broadcasting feature, you can instantly send an email to an entire list of contacts. There is also a Link Tracking feature built right in, allowing you to see who has clicked on the links you include in your Broadcast. To learn more about Link Tracking, click here. To Learn more about sending Broadcasts, click here.
- Lastly, set a goal and achieve it using the To Do List feature. Log into Home Office Pro and go to your To Do List. Set at least one goal and when you will accomplish it. Make every effort to meet or exceed this goal and check it off your To Do list in the days to come. When you do complete your goal, be sure to reward yourself!
I know 2008 holds unlimited potential for reaching all of your goals!
